Photos from last weekend. I visited my Halabja family for the 2nd time. It was a shorter visit, just a lot of eating. A lot of eating. They’ve invited me back this weekend for a seyran (picnic), which will involve around ten times the eating. I’m going to go, but I’m exhausted and full just thinking about it.

One kettle filled with tea, the other with water.
Cha (tea) clean-up. You put all the tea supplies in the bowl: tea glasses, saucers, and teaspoons. Then you pour boiling water over it all and you're done.
